PCOS affects about 1 in 10 women of childbearing age.  Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an important cause of both menstrual irregularity and hormonal imbalance in women.  Women can have problems that affect their overall health and appearance.  PCOS is a common and treatable cause of infertility. PCOS affects about 1 in 10 women of childbearing age.

Dr. Neil Goodman and Dr. Hara Berger are both experts in the diagnose and management of PCOS.  They give lectures to other physicians and medical students in South Florida to help them learn about the syndrome and raise awareness.  Our doctors can help with management of the symptoms of PCOS including acne, facial hair, hirsutism, and weight management. Dr. Goodman and Dr. Berger can help patients with PCOS and infertility issues achieve pregnancy without the need for ART (assisted reproductive technology) and IVF (in vitro fertilization).
